These terms apply to the online game Colony Isle at https://colonyisle.app and its app versions (“the game”), run by Mykhailo Zablotskyi, Pokotilovka, 62458, Ukraine (“we”). By playing you accept them.
1. The game
Colony Isle is free to play. We provide it as it is and as available: we work to keep it running, but cannot promise that it is always online, free of bugs, or that a game in progress is never lost. We may change, add or remove features, scenarios and rules at any time.
2. Your profile and account
- You can play as a guest or create an account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Use an email address that belongs to you. One account per person.
- You can delete your account at any time in the profile.
- If you are younger than 13, play with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Fair play and behaviour
Please be kind. It is not allowed to:
- use offensive, hateful, sexual or misleading names, room names or chat messages, or to harass, threaten or spam other players;
- pretend to be another person, a moderator or the operator;
- cheat, use bugs on purpose, or use scripts and automated tools against the server (other than the bots built into the game);
- overload, attack or try to break into the service or other players' accounts;
- share personal data of other people or anything illegal.
We may remove names and messages, close rooms, kick players, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Report problems through Report a problem in the game menu.
4. What you write
Your names, room names, chat messages and reports remain yours. You allow us to store and show them to other players as far as needed to run the game, and to use your reports to improve it. You are responsible for what you write.
5. Our content
The game — its name, rules texts, artwork, sounds and code — is protected by copyright and belongs to the operator or its licensors. You may play it, stream it and show screenshots and videos of it; you may not copy, resell or republish the game itself. Images from the press kit may be used in articles and videos about the game.
Colony Isle is an original game. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any other game, publisher or trademark owner.
6. Liability
The game is free, so we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law does not allow limiting liability. In all other cases we are not liable for lost games, lost progress or indirect damage.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
8. Changes and the law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and important changes are announced in the game. The law of Ukraine applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If a clause is invalid, the rest stays in force.
